Revision Policy

At Right Way Solutions, we offer revisions based on the package you select. Our customers can request unlimited revisions at no additional charge, as long as the overall design and concept remain the same. The standard turnaround time for revisions is 48 hours.

FAIR USAGE POLICY:

To ensure you get the most value from our services, "unlimited revisions" is subject to a fair usage policy, which allows for up to 30 revisions per project. Any additional revisions beyond this limit may incur extra charges

Refund Policy / Money Back Guarantee

Our refund and cancellation policies are designed to ensure fairness and protection for both our clients and our company. The following terms apply if an order is canceled, except when Right Way Solutions cancels or terminates the contract for reasons other than a breach or non-performance by the client.

Refund requests will be processed according to the following conditions:

• Full Refund: You are eligible for a full refund (minus a 10% processing fee) if the order is canceled within 24 hours of placement, provided that no initial designs have been delivered and no revisions requested within this timeframe. Refunds due to a change of mind will not be entertained after this period.
• Partial Refund:
  • If the refund request is made before the delivery of initial designs, you are eligible for a full refund (less a 10% service and processing fee).
  • If the refund request is made within 48 hours after the delivery of initial designs, you are eligible for a 66% refund (less a 10% service and processing fee).
  • If the refund request is made between 48 and 120 hours after the initial design delivery, you are eligible for a 33% refund (less a 10% service and processing fee).
• No Refund: After 120 hours of initial design delivery, no refund requests will be accepted. However, we encourage you to reach out if you have any concerns, as we prioritize 100% customer satisfaction.
• Refunds will not be considered if the client has not taken action on the order for 30 days. To reactivate the project, a reactivation fee will apply based on the complexity of the project.
• No refunds will be entertained after the final files have been delivered or if the website has been developed and deployed live. For video animation packages, refunds are not available after storyboard design.
• All refund requests must be communicated to our support department. Right Way Solutions reserves the right to approve or deny refund requests based on individual circumstances.
• Refunds for custom packages will apply the same as for individual packages. For example, if you approve a logo design but later cancel the web design, you can only request a refund for the web design portion.
• Refunds must be based on valid reasons, assessed against the design brief and customer feedback. Refunds will not be given unless the concept deviates from the agreed brief. Further revisions will be provided to ensure your satisfaction.

Good Faith Guarantee:

Refunds are only available for orders placed in good faith. If a customer places design orders with multiple agencies for the same project with the intention of claiming refunds, we reserve the right to reject the refund request.

Ownership Rights After Refund:

Once a refund is issued, Right Way Solutions retains full ownership of the designs. You will have no rights to use any part of the design in any form. We work with copyright agencies to enforce this policy.

Reactivation Policy

If a client is non-responsive for over 45 days, we will consider the order inactive. To reactivate the project, a fee of AED 550 (or equivalent) will apply. If you are unable to respond due to personal issues, please notify us in advance to avoid any penalties.

Third-Party Terms of Use

Some features of our services may require third-party vendors or business partners, such as software or information providers. By using these features, you agree to any relevant third-party terms and conditions. These terms are subject to change at the discretion of the third parties involved.

DELIVERY POLICY

All design orders will be delivered to your designated account area by the date specified in the order confirmation email. You will receive an email notification once your design is ready for review. Our standard delivery time for customized design orders is 2 to 3 business days.

Rush Delivery:

We offer a rush delivery option for an additional fee of AED 365 (or equivalent) to receive your first logo samples within 24 hours.

Communication Policy

Right Way Solutions will only communicate through official email addresses ending in @rightwaysolutions.com or @rightwaysolutions.ae and toll-free numbers listed on our website. We are not responsible for any correspondence from unauthorized email addresses or phone numbers.
